Harriet de Groot

After years of international work experience as a Finance Manager in the creative and communications sector, Harriet de Groot founded YETZ in 2011. With YETZ, she believes she can make a valuable contribution to SMEs in the areas of financial, project, staff, and operational management.

Were you difficult or sweet as a child?

Sweet, but required a bit of guidance. I had to develop certain tactics to hold my own with my three brothers.

What drives you?

Core values and trust. Do what’s right for yourself, others, and the universe.

Is this your ideal profession?

Yes, for the time being, I want to have control over my profession in this way. And someday I’ll be pottering around on a small permaculture farm among chickens and other small livestock.

Are you an idealist or an optimist?

Idealist, with optimistic tendencies.

What do you bring to a team?

Expertise, calmness, and trust. My goal is not only to be an expert when it comes to finances and operations, but also a true sparring partner for managers and entrepreneurs looking to optimize their business processes.

Why are you a Friend of Stark?

Over the years I have advised and assisted various clients in the creative sector in the Netherlands and abroad. Stark Narrative is my first love. Connecting and multiplying, I believe in that.
